How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
To begin, please email our customer support team at diamelejewelry@gmail.ca with your order number and let us know whether you’re requesting a return or an exchange.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if applicable.
Step 3: Send Your Item Back
Carefully package the item using its original packaging and include all documentation. Follow the return instructions provided by our team to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Processing Your Refund or Credit
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Ring Resizing Policy
Complimentary Resizing
We offer complimentary resize for eligible rings, up to one full US size larger or smaller, including quarter and half sizes. This service is intended to help ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
Larger Size Adjustments
Resizing beyond one full US size may require additional work and could involve extra costs or alternative solutions, depending on the ring design. In some cases, resetting the stone into a new band may be recommended. Please contact us to discuss available options.
How to Request a Resize
To request a resize, email diamelejewelry@gmail.com with your order number and desired size. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
All our orders are carefully inspected before shipping but if you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at diamelejewelry@gmail.com with photos.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
