Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is your order processing and delivery time?
We carefully craft each piece with precision. Once an order is placed, please allow 4–6 weeks for creation and delivery. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

Q: Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders shipped within Canada.

Q: Can I ship to a different address or a workplace?
Absolutely, you can specify any valid delivery address at checkout.

Q: What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
In most cases, the delivery service will try again or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Q: Can I track my package?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Q: What is your return window?
We want you to be happy with your jewelry! You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Email our support team and we’ll guide you through the steps, including how to send your piece back safely with a pre-paid label.

Q: Are all items eligible for returns?
Only unworn items in original condition with all original packaging qualify. Custom pieces or engraved items may be final sale.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to accommodate changes or cancellations before it ships.


Warranty, Resizing & Repairs

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, each piece is backed by a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covering defects in craftsmanship. Everyday wear, accidents, loss/theft, and improper care aren’t included.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
Reach out to our customer service team. If a manufacturing issue is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge.

Q: Do you offer resizing?
We provide one free ring resizing within 90 days of delivery for most eligible rings. Certain complex styles like eternity bands may not be re-sizable.

Q: What about cleaning or inspections?
We do offer cleaning and inspection services for orders purchased with us. 


Jewelry Materials & Customization

Q: What metals do you use? Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our pieces are made from 14K gold (Yellow/White). We are able to customize your order if you're looking for another gold alloy (10k, 14k, 18k, etc.)

Q: Can I customize or design my own piece?
Yes! We offer custom design services. You can use our customize your order form or contact us for a consultation and we’ll help bring your idea to life. Custom pieces may have special production times and policies.

Q: Do you sell loose stones or settings only?
Yes, we have a huge inventory of loose stones, contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you with your needs. 

We are collaborating with a wholesaler and are able to get a highly competitive price. 

Q: Do you offer engraving?
Yes, engraving adds a personal touch. Keep in mind that engraved items may be final sale or have altered return conditions.

Q: How do I find my correct ring size?
You can use a printable ring sizing guide from our site or visit a local jeweler for precise measurement.

Q: Do you have financing options?
Not directly at this time, though we recommend checking with your payment provider for any promotional plans.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Q: How should I clean my jewelry at home?
Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush for gentle cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Q: What’s the best way to store jewelry?
Store pieces separately in soft pouches or compartments to prevent scratches and preserve shine.

Q: Should I remove jewelry for activities?
Yes, remove jewelry for swimming, exercise, cleaning, and activities that could expose it to damage.
